Honey ripener tank 75 liters / 105 kg., made of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (18/10) ASTM 304. Stainless steel honey tank is the tank, where the honey is filtered and temporally stored, immediately after the centrifugation, because a process of purification from the smallest particles is taking place, which particles have not been retained by the filter.
The honey purification is possible thanks to the big difference in the weight of the honey and wax particles. The remainders emerge on the surface together with many small air bubbles, formed during the centrifugation. It forms white foam on the surface, that must be removed before the honey is discharged.
Honey is a food product, this is why one must pay greater attention to the quality and the hygiene of the tanks. This is the reason why the honey ripener tanks are only made of INOX AISI 304 stainless steel. This is a type of steel, that is allowed to be in contact with food products and complies with the European Union regulations.
In compliance with the existing requirements about the tanks, intended food products, the bottom, as well as the cylinder must be welded. The ends of the steel sheets are connected via fusion at the point of contact, in an environment of argon gas.

Cleaning
Use lukewarm water, soft sponge and dishwashing liquid. Clean the container on the inside and the outside. Then clean wipe down with a soft towel.
