Honey liquefaction tank / Honey ripener tank
Honey liquefaction tank / Honey ripener tank (2 in 1), made of stainless steel EN 1.4301 (18/10) ASTM 304 and it is intender for liquefaction of crystallized honey in controlled conditions, by means of a heating element, with temperature regulation from 10 to 90 degrees Celcius.
The set includes:
- Stainless steel tank
- Lid guard against dust
- Heating element 3,3 kW. stainless steel AISI 316
- Water Inlet/outlet valve

Description:
This decrystallizer has two applications – the first to be used as a honey decrystallizer and the second to be used as a honey ripener tank (maturator).
How, can it be used as a honey ripener tank ?!
Unscrew the heating element and screw in its place a honey valve (be it Stainless steel honey valve or Plastic honey valve).
The next step is to unscrew the faucet that fills / empties the container with water when used as a decrystallizer and screw a stainless cap 1/2″ in its place.
How is it used as a decrystallizer ?!
The honey cans are placed in the decrystallizer.
Fill the decrystallizer with water, but do not overflow it.
There, with the help of a heater, the water is heated and subsequently heated gradually on all sides and the honey, which is in the cans.
The decrystallization process is within 24 – 48 hours depending on the honey.

Cleaning
Use lukewarm water, soft sponge and dishwashing liquid. Clean the container on the inside and the outside. Then clean wipe down with a soft towel.
